No we don’t huddle up every morning, put our hands in the middle and shout FRANKEL ON THREE! We show our bond by making sure everyone is set up for success. There’s an infectious enthusiasm that floats around this place. Everybody brings something different that adds to it and makes the team stronger.
Making it in advertising requires a dog-eat-dog mentality. Really? We’ve been around for a good bit without devouring a single K-9. Respect, energy and kindness fuel our business, and our lives. That’s what it takes to make it in advertising. Well, that and a Ping-Pong table. And we’ve got one of those too.
Don’t let the scooter coming down the hall fool you into thinking we’re totally chill. That scooter is moving fast to a creative meeting, a client presentation, or to the kitchen to grab a bag of Cheez-Its. We see every challenge as an opportunity for growth. Personally and professionally.
Working for many different clients doesn’t just keep us gainfully employed. It keeps us sharp. It lets us build more relationships. And it helps us learn more about their business. Which helps them become outrageously successful.
It’s not just the last Friday of the month.... It’s Frankel Friday, baby! Aside from being fun to say, Frankel Friday gives all of us the chance to test our drawing skills at Pictionary or even step away from the office for a few hours. Whether we’re knocking down bowling pins or a few adult beverages, we unwind and recharge the batteries. Of course, later on we brag about it to our friends who aren’t in advertising. They hate that.
Big things are happening. Want to be part of it? We are always on the look out for new people with fresh ideas. We also offer a number of perks and benefits that you may be interested in. Check out our job postings to see what would best fit you.
