Channing has been with FMG since the beginning in 2005 and has played an integral role in the growth of the agency. With her attention to detail and insightful ideas, she brings fresh perspective and order to the team, keeping all the cogs of the FMG machine running smoothly.

Channing graduated cum laude from the University of Florida earning a B.S. in Advertising with a focus on Business. She has served in many roles within the company over the years, including account management, project and team management, creative direction, campaign strategy and planning, traffic management, proposal writing and overall agency operations. Channing is proud to have contributed to the agency’s receipt of numerous industry awards.

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

Fun Fact: Jeannette is fluent in Spanish, English and hashtags.

Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

FUN FACT: TJ never refers to himself in the 3rd person. Unless he’s writing an agency bio about himself.

Trae has enjoyed an 18-year career in media that started in Gainesville, FL after receiving his degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Trae has successfully re-branded and launched Home & Style, a sister title to world-renown Robb Report, the authoritative voice in luxury for 40 years and started his own publishing company which produced publications for St. Regis Hotels, Waldorf-Astoria and Troon Golf among others. Trae is a passionate, enthusiastic leader who believes the very best work comes through collaborating with the best talent in the business. Outside of the office, Trae enjoys spending time with his twin 8-year olds Lucy & Austin, wife of 15 years, Hilary, and dog Ralphie (a.k.a. Wreck it Ralph).

After a few years in the language services industry as an interpreter and translator, Rebecca founded several creative companies including a paint and sip storefront, an online event booking platform and a product line that was sold to the Home Shopping Network and on HSN.com. Using digital marketing as a primary source for growing her businesses, Rebecca realized the potential that this up and coming marketing avenue can have on any business and has since dedicated her time to improving her clients’ digital presence. Rebecca recently pursued education through the Project Management Institute and earned her PMP Certification. She loves living in Gainesville with her 2 daughters and husband, and is a proud Gator grad with a Bachelors in Psychology.

Fun Fact: Rebecca loves to paint and distress furniture, make furniture (she’s built a few benches) and her favorite tool is a jigsaw her husband gave her as a birthday gift.

Alexandra has won several Addy® awards for website designs since working at FMG, including UF’s Athletic Association’s website, FloridaGators.com. She is always up for a new challenge, loves staying organized and helping her teammates out. Years of training for competitive soccer 7 days a week left her with strong discipline and dedication. Her passion outside of the graphic world is exploring the world itself and spending time with her family and dog.

After years of working in stewardship, Amy is excited to get back to her roots in the advertising world.

After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Hospitality Administration, Diana worked in boutique hotel operations in Boston and Philadelphia. While honing her skills in internal operations and customer service, Diana found her calling for finance and accounting. In addition to working at Frankel Media Group, Diana is currently focusing on getting her MBA. Diana loves nature and wildlife and enjoys all the outdoor activities Florida has to offer!

Her work ethic and passion landed her amazing opportunities: from casting and post-production experience with reality TV shows on CMT, MTV, and Bravo, to interviewing world famous athletes like 2015 Masters Champion Jordan Spieth, and producing segments for Golf Channel’s “Inside the PGA TOUR”. With a desire to branch into commercial production, Emily returned to her first love, her hometown of Gainesville, to explore the advertising world with Frankel Media Group, serving as an Account Coordinator.

Fun Fact: When she’s not hard at work, you can find Emily either floating down the river, spending time with her niece, or binge watching the latest season of Game of Thrones while daydreaming of being the Khaleesi.

Post graduation, she worked for an Atlanta-based digital and direct marketing agency, where she specialized in production management and fulfillment. From this experience, she honed her skills managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, while never losing sight of the details.

While living in the Big Apple, she worked for InStyle, ELLE, Seventeen, OK! and Wetpaint, managing online content and social media. Jillian is thrilled to return home and share her love of social media with Frankel Media Group.

Fun Fact: Jillian’s perfect day includes watching a cheesy Hallmark movie, cuddling her Yorkie Louie, and eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Seriously, it’s her favorite food!

An all-around southern guy, Josh has lived in five different states in the southern U.S. before arriving in Florida. While at Louisiana State University, Josh gained extensive experience in higher education marketing management, including managing communication campaigns, fundraising and development, portfolio management, brand identity and strategic marketing planning. Josh is a two-time Louisiana State University graduate, earning his B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Strategic Marketing Management. In Josh’s previous role, he was awarded a ‘thinking outside the box’ award for his innovative thinking and positively contributing to the organization. Outside the workplace, Josh enjoys being with his family, golfing, traveling and watching college football.

Fun Fact: Josh has been to all the Southeastern Conference football stadiums except for Arkansas and South Carolina. Those are on his bucket list!

While Kelsey completed her advertising degree with the University of Florida, she studied abroad in Australia, working with a campaigns team to develop an integrated marketing strategy for a Florida brewery. Years of studying full-time, working part-time and being involved with various UF organizations brought out an innate ability to multitask. Kelsey also has experience in project management, sales, copywriting and customer relations.

Nita has more than 29 years of experience in the advertising field. After graduating with honors from Santa Fe College in graphic design in 1986, Nita accepted a position at Group 5 Advertising where she later became art director. During her time with that firm she directed several award-winning campaigns. Nita has worked in the printing industry for Beechler’s Printing and later with Alta Systems. Wanting to return to the crazy advertising agency scene, Nita joined Frankel Media as Production Manager in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience and wisdom.

As an award-winning designer, Rene brings an unstoppable enthusiasm to everything she touches. She recently graduated with honors from the Graphic Design Program at Santa Fe College in Gainesville. During her time as a graphic design student, Rene won Best of Show in the 2016 American Advertising Federation Awards, along with 2 gold Addy’s and a silver in Districts. Rene’s work experience includes working as a graphic design intern with local companies in Gainesville, as well as an internship in the Art Production department with Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. During this time, she worked with clients such as Fruit of the Loom and Arby’s. Not only does Rene bring a fresh perspective to the company, but also a global one through her native roots in South Africa.

Her interests in scientific research landed her with a career in the biotechnology industry where she discovered that while she loved researching and developing new products, it was researching markets in which to sell those products that she loved more. After completing a very successful market research project with a biotechnology firm based in Alachua, FL, Sabrina earned her MBA from Stetson University and subsequently joined FMG as an Account Planner. Her primary goal is to turn insights into strategies that will inspire consumers to prefer clients’ products above the competition.

Account Executive

Jenn joined the Frankel Media Group team as an account coordinator. Working as a part of the account services department, Jenn assists in the daily management of accounts. Born and raised a Gator fan, Jenn graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Leadership. Post graduation, she worked for an Atlanta-based digital and direct marketing agency, where she specialized in production management and fulfillment. From this experience, she honed her skills managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, while never losing sight of the details.

Jillian, a Gainesville native, graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in public relations – Go Gators! During undergrad, she gained internship experience with Frankel Media Group, Victoria’s Secret, Jordache, and the University of Florida. After graduation, Jillian fulfilled a childhood dream by moving to New York City. While living in the Big Apple, she worked for InStyle, ELLE, Seventeen, OK! and Wetpaint, managing online content and social media. Jillian is thrilled to return home and share her love of social media with Frankel Media Group.

Fun Fact: Jillian’s perfect day includes watching a cheesy Hallmark movie, cuddling her Yorkie Louie, and eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Seriously, it’s her favorite food!

An all-around southern guy, Josh has lived in five different states in the southern U.S. before arriving in Florida. While at Louisiana State University, Josh gained extensive experience in higher education marketing management, including managing communication campaigns, fundraising and development, portfolio management, brand identity and strategic marketing planning. Josh is a two-time Louisiana State University graduate, earning his B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Strategic Marketing Management. In Josh’s previous role, he was awarded a ‘thinking outside the box’ award for his innovative thinking and positively contributing to the organization. Outside the workplace, Josh enjoys being with his family, golfing, traveling and watching college football.

Fun Fact: Josh has been to all the Southeastern Conference football stadiums except for Arkansas and South Carolina. Those are on his bucket list!

Kelsey Frost

Account Executive

Kelsey joined Frankel Media Group as an account coordinator after spending time as an intern at FMG, where she interacted with various departments of the agency, giving her in-depth industry perspective and knowledge. While Kelsey completed her advertising degree with the University of Florida, she studied abroad in Australia, working with a campaigns team to develop an integrated marketing strategy for a Florida brewery. Years of studying full-time, working part-time and being involved with various UF organizations brought out an innate ability to multitask. Kelsey also has experience in project management, sales, copywriting and customer relations.

Nita Chester

Production Manager

Nita has more than 29 years of experience in the advertising field. After graduating with honors from Santa Fe College in graphic design in 1986, Nita accepted a position at Group 5 Advertising where she later became art director. During her time with that firm she directed several award-winning campaigns. Nita has worked in the printing industry for Beechler’s Printing and later with Alta Systems. Wanting to return to the crazy advertising agency scene, Nita joined Frankel Media as Production Manager in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience and wisdom.

Fun Fact: In her spare time Captain Nita spends time on her boat with family and friends.

As an award-winning designer, Rene brings an unstoppable enthusiasm to everything she touches. Her hard-work ethic and attention to detail allows her to maintain a healthy balance between visual impact and creative solutions. She recently graduated with honors from the Graphic Design Program at Santa Fe College in Gainesville. During her time as a graphic design student, Rene won Best of Show in the 2016 American Advertising Federation Awards, along with 2 gold Addy’s and a silver in Districts. Rene’s work experience includes working as a graphic design intern with local companies in Gainesville, as well as an internship in the Art Production department with Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami. During this time, she worked with clients such as Fruit of the Loom and Arby’s. Not only does Rene bring a fresh perspective to the company, but also a global one through her native roots in South Africa.

Fun Fact: Rene once dove with great white sharks off the coast of South Africa.

Sabrina Singleton

Sabrina has always been a curious and inquisitive investigator in a wide variety of subject matters. Her interests in scientific research landed her with a career in the biotechnology industry where she discovered that while she loved researching and developing new products, it was researching markets in which to sell those products that she loved more. After completing a very successful market research project with a biotechnology firm based in Alachua, FL, Sabrina earned her MBA from Stetson University and subsequently joined FMG as an Account Planner. Her primary goal is to turn insights into strategies that will inspire consumers to prefer clients’ products above the competition.

Fun Fact: Sabrina loves HBO documentaries. She checks for new ones almost every weekend.

With more than 25 years of experience, Suzanne has successfully implemented multi-media campaigns and public relations plans throughout Florida in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Channing Williams

Vice President

Channing has been with FMG since the beginning in 2005 and has played an integral role in the growth of the agency. With her attention to detail and insightful ideas, she brings fresh perspective and order to the team, keeping all the cogs of the FMG machine running smoothly.

Channing graduated cum laude from the University of Florida earning a B.S. in Advertising with a focus on Business. She has served in many roles within the company over the years, including account management, project and team management, creative direction, campaign strategy and planning, traffic management, proposal writing and overall agency operations. Channing is proud to have contributed to the agency’s receipt of numerous industry awards.

Jeannette Baer

Director of Operations

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

TJ Aseltyne

Creative Director

Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

FUN FACT: TJ never refers to himself in the 3rd person. Unless he’s writing an agency bio about himself.

Trae has enjoyed an 18-year career in media that started in Gainesville, FL after receiving his degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Trae’s career has been highlighted by successful positions in market-leading organizations such as Naylor Publications, Robb Report Magazines and Eleven James. Trae has successfully re-branded and launched Home & Style, a sister title to world-renown Robb Report, the authoritative voice in luxury for 40 years and started his own publishing company which produced publications for St. Regis Hotels, Waldorf-Astoria and Troon Golf among others. Trae is a passionate, enthusiastic leader who believes the very best work comes through collaborating with the best talent in the business. Outside of the office, Trae enjoys spending time with his twin 8-year olds Lucy & Austin, wife of 15 years, Hilary, and dog Ralphie (a.k.a. Wreck it Ralph).

Fun Fact: Owner of an autographed and framed Tony Romo jersey that saw its value plummet in 2016.

Rebecca Smith

Digital Marketing Manager

Rebecca is originally from Costa Rica but calls Gainesville, FL her home. After a few years in the language services industry as an interpreter and translator, Rebecca founded several creative companies including a paint and sip storefront, an online event booking platform and a product line that was sold to the Home Shopping Network and on HSN.com. Using digital marketing as a primary source for growing her businesses, Rebecca realized the potential that this up and coming marketing avenue can have on any business and has since dedicated her time to improving her clients’ digital presence. Rebecca recently pursued education through the Project Management Institute and earned her PMP Certification. She loves living in Gainesville with her 2 daughters and husband, and is a proud Gator grad with a Bachelors in Psychology.

Fun Fact: Rebecca loves to paint and distress furniture, make furniture (she’s built a few benches) and her favorite tool is a jigsaw her husband gave her as a birthday gift.

Her strengths include website design, ensuring that the user experience and beautiful designs seamlessly integrate, brand identity, and print design. Alexandra has won several Addy® awards for website designs since working at FMG, including UF’s Athletic Association’s website, FloridaGators.com. She is always up for a new challenge, loves staying organized and helping her teammates out. Years of training for competitive soccer 7 days a week left her with strong discipline and dedication. Her passion outside of the graphic world is exploring the world itself and spending time with her family and dog.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Amy spent seven years working in media planning and sales. Amy’s husband’s career in the Air Force has afforded her opportunities to move and work in different locations throughout the U.S. Her most recent ventures include administrative positions for higher education facilities, including University of Florida’s College of Medicine Office of Development and the University of Arkansas’ Alumni Affairs department. After years of working in stewardship, Amy is excited to get back to her roots in the advertising world.

Anna Bouwens

Account Executive

A true Gainesville native, Anna is a fan of all things Gators. She graduated in 2001 from Bauder College in Atlanta with a degree in Merchandising, and worked in Atlanta and San Diego before returning to her hometown. In her previous role, Anna partnered with Frankel Media Group, working on numerous conferences, grand openings and events for their clients. She brings with her more than 14 years of experience in event planning, sales, brand experiences and client management. Anna was awarded with GWCR Realtor of the Year in 2008 for her success at building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She enjoys spending her time with her husband and son watching sports and traveling.

Fun Fact: Anna is a true Maxxinista! You can find her in the aisles of TJ Maxx looking for interior decorations in her downtime.

Diana Schwartz-Levine

Senior Accountant

Diana relocated to Gainesville from the Northeast, where she lived for most of her life. After graduating from Boston University with a degree in Hospitality Administration, Diana worked in boutique hotel operations in Boston and Philadelphia. While honing her skills in internal operations and customer service, Diana found her calling for finance and accounting. In addition to working at Frankel Media Group, Diana is currently focusing on getting her MBA. Diana loves nature and wildlife and enjoys all the outdoor activities Florida has to offer!

Fun Fact: Diana received a degree in Wildlife Science from Oregon State University (for fun) to further her knowledge in all things animal-related! She is also easily distracted by squirrels and dogs.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Telecommunication-Production, Emily went on a whirlwind tour in the 24/7 land of television. Her work ethic and passion landed her amazing opportunities: from casting and post-production experience with reality TV shows on CMT, MTV, and Bravo, to interviewing world famous athletes like 2015 Masters Champion Jordan Spieth, and producing segments for Golf Channel’s “Inside the PGA TOUR”. With a desire to branch into commercial production, Emily returned to her first love, her hometown of Gainesville, to explore the advertising world with Frankel Media Group, serving as an Account Coordinator.
