Channing has been with FMG since the beginning in 2005 and has played an integral role in the growth of the agency. With her attention to detail and insightful ideas, she brings fresh perspective and order to the team, keeping all the cogs of the FMG machine running smoothly.

Channing graduated cum laude from the University of Florida earning a B.S. in Advertising with a focus on Business. She has served in many roles within the company over the years, including account management, project and team management, creative direction, campaign strategy and planning, traffic management, proposal writing and overall agency operations. Channing is proud to have contributed to the agency’s receipt of numerous industry awards.

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

Fun Fact: Jeannette is fluent in Spanish, English and hashtags.

Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

FUN FACT: TJ never refers to himself in the 3rd person. Unless he’s writing an agency bio about himself.

Rebecca is originally from Costa Rica but calls Gainesville, FL her home. After a few years in the language services industry as an interpreter and translator, Rebecca founded several creative companies including a paint and sip storefront, an online event booking platform and a product line that was sold to the Home Shopping Network and on HSN.com. Using digital marketing as a primary source for growing her businesses, Rebecca realized the potential that this up and coming marketing avenue can have on any business and has since dedicated her time to improving her clients’ digital presence. Rebecca recently pursued education through the Project Management Institute and earned her PMP Certification. She loves living in Gainesville with her 2 daughters and husband, and is a proud Gator grad with a Bachelors in Psychology.

Fun Fact: Rebecca loves to paint and distress furniture, make furniture (she’s built a few benches) and her favorite tool is a jigsaw her husband gave her as a birthday gift.

A true Floridian (ninth-generation to be exact), Ashleigh is a proud University of Florida graduate who also holds a PhD from the University of London. She brings to the FMG team nine years of marketing and advertising management experience, with six years in the agency world. Ashleigh excels at building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and has extensive strategic planning experience across sectors. Her work creating and executing fully-integrated campaigns designed to build memorable brands and deliver a strong return on investment has been acknowledged with multiple FPRA Image and ADDY awards. As an added perk, previous experience as a medical grant writer and event planner afford Ashleigh excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives for the Charles Dickens Museum and worked with notable global clients including Kellogg’s, John Frieda, Facebook, Samsung, Castrol, and Glenfiddich. Ashleigh’s diverse professional experience, coupled with her strong academic background, provides a dynamic skillset.

An all-around southern guy, Josh has lived in five different states in the southern U.S. before arriving in Florida. While at Louisiana State University, Josh gained extensive experience in higher education marketing management, including managing communication campaigns, fundraising and development, portfolio management, brand identity and strategic marketing planning. Josh is a two-time Louisiana State University graduate, earning his B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Strategic Marketing Management. In Josh’s previous role, he was awarded a ‘thinking outside the box’ award for his innovative thinking and positively contributing to the organization. Outside the workplace, Josh enjoys being with his family, golfing, traveling and watching college football.

Fun Fact: Josh has been to all the Southeastern Conference football stadiums except for Arkansas and South Carolina. Those are on his bucket list!

She brings with her more than 14 years of experience in event planning, sales, brand experiences and client management. Anna was awarded with GWCR Realtor of the Year in 2008 for her success at building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She enjoys spending her time with her husband and son watching sports and traveling.

With more than 25 years of experience, Suzanne has successfully implemented multi-media campaigns and public relations plans throughout Florida in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Suzanne is an Accredited in Public Relations (APR), a Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) and a Certified Media Buyer.

Fun Fact: Enjoys spending weekends on the back of a boat with fishing pole in hand.

Rebecca moved to Florida from Illinois to escape the cold weather and attend the University of Florida. After receiving her advertising degree, she went on to obtain a master’s degree in
marketing and worked as a Marketing Manager for several years. Rebecca went on to further her career and expand her skill set by moving into the agency world and working as a copywriter, editor, and head of content development before taking on the role of Account Executive at FMG. When not busy at work, Rebecca enjoys listening to music, cooking, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Fun Fact:  Rebecca is an avid reader in her free time and is often in the middle of 3 or 4 books at once. She leaves them sprinkled around the house so one is always close at hand.

Allison hails from South Florida via a winding road that took her from Michigan to London, to Colorado, and finally to Gainesville. In addition to a master’s degree from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, Allison brings more than six years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and communications to Frankel Media Group. During her career, Allison launched the University of Florida Harn Museum of Art’s free membership program and also produced an innovative mobile app. At Black C Art, Allison expanded the reach of the gallery to NYC, multiple international art fairs, and to the Mint Museum in Charlotte. Throughout her career, Allison has prioritized customer service. She loves seeing creative projects develop from initial idea to final execution. Allison is fluent in French and loves traveling. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, and hosting family and friends.

Fun Fact:  Allison can create pretty much anything and spends her free time making jewelry, re-imaging clothing, sewing, and much more. She was crafty long before Pinterest was a thing and is known for saying, “I can make that!”

Born in Colombia, raised in Florida and Parisian by choice, Carolina is used to being on the move and adapting to the world—and languages—around her. She earned her B.A. in advertising and public relations from the University of Tampa before taking a six-month hiatus to Paris to learn French at the Sorbonne. Prior to joining Frankel Media Group, Carolina worked at a public relations firm handling traditional PR, as well as managing social media accounts for the firm’s biggest clients, including the largest credit union in Florida. In 2016, Carolina assisted in the production of a campaign video for Positive Coaching Alliance of Tampa Bay, resulting in three Gold ADDYs, two ‘Best of the Bay’ Awards and the Mosaic Award at the Tampa American Advertising Awards, and a Silver ADDY at the national level.

Fun Fact:  Outside of the office, Carolina enjoys exploring the sunshine state, traveling abroad and spending time with her family.

After a long, harsh winter, Jillian left the Midwest for the Florida sunshine. She grew up on a small corn and soybean farm in southeastern Illinois and was actively involved in 4-H, which planted a seed of passion for agriculture. Jillian started her advertising career after receiving an agricultural communications/public relations degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (the true blue and orange). Her experience with various clients such as Monsanto, United Soybean Board and Marrone Bio Innovations, brings a unique perspective to the FMG table. Although work keeps her busy, Jillian (and her cat) are never too busy to make a life full of travel, Netflix, and coffee.

Fun Fact:  Jillian is a true TV fanatic. She once had a TV show for every day of the week. She’s got her priorities in check, though.

Sam is originally from the Florida Keys but has since called Virginia Beach, Maryland and New Smyrna Beach her home. She is a recent graduate of the Florida State University where she earned a degree in Advertising. Eager to learn more about the diverse field of communication, Sam brought her talents to Gainesville where she is currently earning a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Florida (but still, Go Noles). She joined the FMG team as an Account Coordinator, bringing with her diverse agency experience from digital marketing, to strategic planning and new business development. She believes in the big impact of small interactions, thinks creatively, works inclusively and loves finding problems to fix.

Fun Fact:  With relentless determination and commitment, Sam watched all seven seasons of Game of Thrones (67 episodes) in a span of only five days. She considers this one of her greatest accomplishments as a professional binge-watcher.

Samantha received a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Saint Leo University and managed online projects for several associations including California Peace Officers Association, Florida Association of Native Nurseries, and several chapters of the Society of Association Executives. Samantha brings strong skills in HTML, CRM systems, communication channels, managing websites, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Gainesville is the only city Samantha has called home and her blood runs orange and blue with Florida Gator pride.

Fun Fact: Samantha is a proud member of the Hufflepuff house, would have been Prefect and Head Girl if given the opportunity to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and her Patronus Charm is an adorable cat.

Ana has 5 years of experience in digital marketing and particularly enjoys research, strategy development, writing, and analyzing campaign outcomes and metrics. She is also is certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing courses.

Fun Fact:  When Ana is not working, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, dancing salsa and bachata, hiking, cooking (she’s a vegan), riding roller coasters, and enjoying some downtime with family and friends.

Rachel hails from a small town in Pennsylvania right outside of Allentown (yes THE Allentown that Billy Joel sang about in 1982). She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in Advertising. She kickstarted her career at a local marketing automation startup in Gainesville learning the ins and outs of a well-oiled in-house marketing department. There she gained the knowledge to help agencies all over the world streamline their marketing efforts both internally and for their clients. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with multiple agencies and in-house marketing departments being a “Jill of all Trades” where she gained experience in event management, content creation, marketing operations, and lead generation. She fell in love with the idea of combining all of her experiences to build a career at FMG where she can utilize her creative flare and tech-savviness to help companies have a truly unique presence.

Fun Fact: When she’s not reading up on the latest industry news, she’s fan-girling over all things Marvel and pop culture. She wonders if she’ll ever be as cool as her idol, Captain Marvel. (She promises no spoilers 😉)

Nita has more than 29 years of experience in the advertising field. After graduating with honors from Santa Fe College in graphic design in 1986, Nita accepted a position at Group 5 Advertising where she later became art director. During her time with that firm she directed several award-winning campaigns. Nita has worked in the printing industry for Beechler’s Printing and later with Alta Systems. Wanting to return to the crazy advertising agency scene, Nita joined Frankel Media as Production Manager in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience and wisdom.

As an award winning graphic designer and former infantry marine, Jean is up for any challenge. Jean brings strength and experience in leading and creating print, electronic and online advertising campaigns, collateral materials, logo and brand identity programs and event design materials. His creativity and dedication are inspired by his love for the outdoors and never ending search to learn and experience new things. Jean has a bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Charleston, S.C. and has been a First Place recipient of “Best Graphic Designer” two consecutive years by South Carolina Press Association.

Fun Fact: Jean once trained for the Junior Olympic luge team.

After college, she worked in-house with the prestigious PGA TOUR, and later moved agency side to work with brands such as Zaxby’s, Under Armour, Florida Prepaid College Board, The Florida Lottery and ABLE United. Carrie enjoys all aspects of design, but branding is what really gets her excited. When she’s not designing, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and their six pets, playing volleyball and playing board games.

Throughout her design career, she worked with a wide variety companies across diverse industries, such as The Sawgrass Group, The University of Florida, Florida Traffic and Bike Safety, Alachua County School Board and Barth Associates. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, Jessica’s experience and hard work have earned her multiple gold awards in the American Advertising Awards. Jessica serves on the board of directors for the AIGA Gainesville Chapter as the Programming Director, is always eager to learn something new, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and three dogs.

Born in our nation’s capital and raised in a suburb on the Gulf of Mexico, Nathan pairs his small town sensibilities with big city ambitions. Nathan earned a B.A. in Advertising with a minor in creative writing from Florida State University, which he refers to as the “Harvard of the South” with only small traces of irony. After graduation, Nathan pursued copywriting as a career, producing content for credit unions, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses across the country. After a couple of years and a couple Addy® awards, Nathan decided to pursue a new adventure and join the talented team at Frankel Media Group in Gainesville, FL.

Fun Fact: As his superstitious sports ritual, Nathan never drafts Eagles players in fantasy football. So far, it doesn’t seem to be working out for either party.

Chesleigh was born and raised right here in Gainesville, Fl. After being inspired by a professor at Santa Fe College to follow her passion in communications, she got accepted to the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and graduated in Spring 2017 with her degree in public relations. During her time at UF, she gained experience interning with FMG and worked on honing her photography skills during a photojournalism study abroad in Berlin, Germany. Outside of work Chesleigh enjoys working out and traveling and as well as seeing how many different ways Starbucks can misspell her name. Bleeding orange and blue Chesleigh lives for football season and firmly believe the first tailgate of the season is better than Christmas Day.

Fun Fact:  Chesleigh tends to coordinate her nail color to the mood or situation she is in. Note yellow nails for partying with yellow balloons.

Audrey is a lifelong Floridian and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University (Go Dunk City!). She joined FMG with four years of human resources experience from major companies such as Target and Chewy.com, so she’s excited to learn the ins and outs of this tight knit crew. Audrey’s favorite part of human resources is chatting with the team and housing the candy jar in her office. Outside of work, she loves to jog around the town, but loves buying workout clothes a tad bit more.

Fun Fact: Audrey’s favorite furry baby is her Siberian Husky named Isla (the worst behaved three year old puppy that will lick your face off)

Grace was born and raised in the North of England. After completing an executive secretarial certification course at the London Metropolitan University she decided to leave the city life for the farmlands of Northumberland and got her certification as a farm secretary. She sent spent 5 years working in rural North Yorkshire and decided to travel the world! She lived in Copenhagen, Denmark by way of Paris, France and the Italian Riviera, and was immediately hired by the World Health Organization at their Regional Office for Europe. Twelve years later she came to Florida (by way of Puerto Rico) and after working 21+ years in Ocala in the equine industry, she brings to FMG her worldly experience and diverse skills on the executive level.
 
Fun Fact: She has traveled as far east as Kazakhstan, west to California, north to Sweden and South to Peru.

After a few years in the language services industry as an interpreter and translator, Rebecca founded several creative companies including a paint and sip storefront, an online event booking platform and a product line that was sold to the Home Shopping Network and on HSN.com. Using digital marketing as a primary source for growing her businesses, Rebecca realized the potential that this up and coming marketing avenue can have on any business and has since dedicated her time to improving her clients’ digital presence. Rebecca recently pursued education through the Project Management Institute and earned her PMP Certification. She brings to the FMG team nine years of marketing and advertising management experience, with six years in the agency world. Ashleigh excels at building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and has extensive strategic planning experience across sectors. Her work creating and executing fully-integrated campaigns designed to build memorable brands and deliver a strong return on investment has been acknowledged with multiple FPRA Image and ADDY awards. As an added perk, previous experience as a medical grant writer and event planner afford Ashleigh excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives for the Charles Dickens Museum and worked with notable global clients including Kellogg’s, John Frieda, Facebook, Samsung, Castrol, and Glenfiddich. Ashleigh’s diverse professional experience, coupled with her strong academic background, provides a dynamic skillset.

An all-around southern guy, Josh has lived in five different states in the southern U.S. before arriving in Florida. While at Louisiana State University, Josh gained extensive experience in higher education marketing management, including managing communication campaigns, fundraising and development, portfolio management, brand identity and strategic marketing planning. Josh is a two-time Louisiana State University graduate, earning his B.S. in Psychology and M.A. in Strategic Marketing Management. In Josh’s previous role, he was awarded a ‘thinking outside the box’ award for his innovative thinking and positively contributing to the organization. Outside the workplace, Josh enjoys being with his family, golfing, traveling and watching college football.

Fun Fact: Josh has been to all the Southeastern Conference football stadiums except for Arkansas and South Carolina. Those are on his bucket list!

A true Gainesville native, Anna is a fan of all things Gators. She graduated in 2001 from Bauder College in Atlanta with a degree in Merchandising, and worked in Atlanta and San Diego before returning to her hometown. She brings with her more than 14 years of experience in event planning, sales, brand experiences and client management. Rebecca moved to Florida from Illinois to escape the cold weather and attend the University of Florida. After receiving her advertising degree, she went on to obtain a master’s degree in

Rebecca went on to further her career and expand her skill set by moving into the agency world and working as a copywriter, editor, and head of content development before taking on the role of Account Executive at FMG. When not busy at work, Rebecca enjoys listening to music, cooking, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Fun Fact:  Rebecca is an avid reader in her free time and is often in the middle of 3 or 4 books at once. She leaves them sprinkled around the house so one is always close at hand.

Allison hails from South Florida via a winding road that took her from Michigan to London, to Colorado, and finally to Gainesville. In addition to a master’s degree from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, Allison brings more than six years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and communications to Frankel Media Group. During her career, Allison launched the University of Florida Harn Museum of Art’s free membership program and also produced an innovative mobile app. At Black C Art, Allison expanded the reach of the gallery to NYC, multiple international art fairs, and to the Mint Museum in Charlotte. Throughout her career, Allison has prioritized customer service. She loves seeing creative projects develop from initial idea to final execution. Allison is fluent in French and loves traveling. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, and hosting family and friends.

Fun Fact:  Allison can create pretty much anything and spends her free time making jewelry, re-imaging clothing, sewing, and much more. She was crafty long before Pinterest was a thing and is known for saying, “I can make that!”

Born in Colombia, raised in Florida and Parisian by choice, Carolina is used to being on the move and adapting to the world—and languages—around her. She earned her B.A. in advertising and public relations from the University of Tampa before taking a six-month hiatus to Paris to learn French at the Sorbonne. Prior to joining Frankel Media Group, Carolina worked at a public relations firm handling traditional PR, as well as managing social media accounts for the firm’s biggest clients, including the largest credit union in Florida. In 2016, Carolina assisted in the production of a campaign video for Positive Coaching Alliance of Tampa Bay, resulting in three Gold ADDYs, two ‘Best of the Bay’ Awards and the Mosaic Award at the Tampa American Advertising Awards, and a Silver ADDY at the national level.

After a long, harsh winter, Jillian left the Midwest for the Florida sunshine. She grew up on a small corn and soybean farm in southeastern Illinois and was actively involved in 4-H, which planted a seed of passion for agriculture. Jillian started her advertising career after receiving an agricultural communications/public relations degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (the true blue and orange). Her experience with various clients such as Monsanto, United Soybean Board and Marrone Bio Innovations, brings a unique perspective to the FMG table. Although work keeps her busy, Jillian (and her cat) are never too busy to make a life full of travel, Netflix, and coffee.

Fun Fact:  Jillian is a true TV fanatic. She once had a TV show for every day of the week. She’s got her priorities in check, though.

Sam is originally from the Florida Keys but has since called Virginia Beach, Maryland and New Smyrna Beach her home. She is a recent graduate of the Florida State University where she earned a degree in Advertising. Eager to learn more about the diverse field of communication, Sam brought her talents to Gainesville where she is currently earning a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Florida (but still, Go Noles). She joined the FMG team as an Account Coordinator, bringing with her diverse agency experience from digital marketing, to strategic planning and new business development. Samantha Hall

Junior Developer

Samantha received a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Saint Leo University and managed online projects for several associations including California Peace Officers Association, Florida Association of Native Nurseries, and several chapters of the Society of Association Executives. Samantha brings strong skills in HTML, CRM systems, communication channels, managing websites, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Gainesville is the only city Samantha has called home and her blood runs orange and blue with Florida Gator pride.

Fun Fact: Samantha is a proud member of the Hufflepuff house, would have been Prefect and Head Girl if given the opportunity to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and her Patronus Charm is an adorable cat.

Ana was born and raised in the outskirts of Mexico City and lived in Asunción, Paraguay, and Manila, Philippines prior to attending college at the University of Florida. She is a double Gator, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in French and her master’s degree in Mass Communications. Ana has 5 years of experience in digital marketing and particularly enjoys research, strategy development, writing, and analyzing campaign outcomes and metrics. She is also is certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing courses.

Rachel Satow

Rachel hails from a small town in Pennsylvania right outside of Allentown (yes THE Allentown that Billy Joel sang about in 1982). She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in Advertising. She kickstarted her career at a local marketing automation startup in Gainesville learning the ins and outs of a well-oiled in-house marketing department. There she gained the knowledge to help agencies all over the world streamline their marketing efforts both internally and for their clients. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with multiple agencies and in-house marketing departments being a “Jill of all Trades” where she gained experience in event management, content creation, marketing operations, and lead generation. She fell in love with the idea of combining all of her experiences to build a career at FMG where she can utilize her creative flare and tech-savviness to help companies have a truly unique presence.

Fun Fact: When she’s not reading up on the latest industry news, she’s fan-girling over all things Marvel and pop culture. She wonders if she’ll ever be as cool as her idol, Captain Marvel. (She promises no spoilers 😉)

Nita has more than 29 years of experience in the advertising field. After graduating with honors from Santa Fe College in graphic design in 1986, Nita accepted a position at Group 5 Advertising where she later became art director. During her time with that firm she directed several award-winning campaigns. Nita has worked in the printing industry for Beechler’s Printing and later with Alta Systems. Wanting to return to the crazy advertising agency scene, Nita joined Frankel Media as Production Manager in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience and wisdom.

As an award winning graphic designer and former infantry marine, Jean is up for any challenge. Jean brings strength and experience in leading and creating print, electronic and online advertising campaigns, collateral materials, logo and brand identity programs and event design materials. His creativity and dedication are inspired by his love for the outdoors and never ending search to learn and experience new things. Jean has a bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Charleston, S.C. and has been a First Place recipient of “Best Graphic Designer” two consecutive years by South Carolina Press Association.

Fun Fact: Jean once trained for the Junior Olympic luge team.

Carrie is a born-and-raised Floridian who brings over seven years of experience to the FMG team. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Flagler College in historic St. Augustine, FL, where she earned multiple student Addy Awards and graduated with honors. After college, she worked in-house with the prestigious PGA TOUR, and later moved agency side to work with brands such as Zaxby’s, Under Armour, Florida Prepaid College Board, The Florida Lottery and ABLE United. Carrie enjoys all aspects of design, but branding is what really gets her excited. When she’s not designing, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and their six pets, playing volleyball and playing board games.

A Gainesville native, Jessica attended Santa Fe College receiving an AS in Graphic Design and an AA in Elementary Education. Throughout her design career, she worked with a wide variety companies across diverse industries, such as The Sawgrass Group, The University of Florida, Florida Traffic and Bike Safety, Alachua County School Board and Barth Associates. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, Jessica’s experience and hard work have earned her multiple gold awards in the American Advertising Awards. Jessica serves on the board of directors for the AIGA Gainesville Chapter as the Programming Director, is always eager to learn something new, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and three dogs.

Born in our nation’s capital and raised in a suburb on the Gulf of Mexico, Nathan pairs his small town sensibilities with big city ambitions. Nathan earned a B.A. in Advertising with a minor in creative writing from Florida State University, which he refers to as the “Harvard of the South” with only small traces of irony. After graduation, Nathan pursued copywriting as a career, producing content for credit unions, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses across the country. After a couple of years and a couple Addy® awards, Nathan decided to pursue a new adventure and join the talented team at Frankel Media Group in Gainesville, FL.

Fun Fact: As his superstitious sports ritual, Nathan never drafts Eagles players in fantasy football. So far, it doesn’t seem to be working out for either party.

Chesleigh was born and raised right here in Gainesville, Fl. After being inspired by a professor at Santa Fe College to follow her passion in communications, she got accepted to the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and graduated in Spring 2017 with her degree in public relations. During her time at UF, she gained experience interning with FMG and worked on honing her photography skills during a photojournalism study abroad in Berlin, Germany. Outside of work Chesleigh enjoys working out and traveling and as well as seeing how many different ways Starbucks can misspell her name. Bleeding orange and blue Chesleigh lives for football season and firmly believe the first tailgate of the season is better than Christmas Day.

Audrey is a lifelong Floridian and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University (Go Dunk City!). She joined FMG with four years of human resources experience from major companies such as Target and Chewy.com, so she’s excited to learn the ins and outs of this tight knit crew. Audrey’s favorite part of human resources is chatting with the team and housing the candy jar in her office. Grace was born and raised in the North of England. After completing an executive secretarial certification course at the London Metropolitan University she decided to leave the city life for the farmlands of Northumberland and got her certification as a farm secretary. She sent spent 5 years working in rural North Yorkshire and decided to travel the world! She lived in Copenhagen, Denmark by way of Paris, France and the Italian Riviera, and was immediately hired by the World Health Organization at their Regional Office for Europe. Twelve years later she came to Florida (by way of Puerto Rico) and after working 21+ years in Ocala in the equine industry, she brings to FMG her worldly experience and diverse skills on the executive level.

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

Gary has been blessed to see what others don’t. What does all that get you? Strategies executed flawlessly and happy customers. Why is everybody so happy? It’s not just because the creative is good, it’s because it works. They sell more “stuff” and their customers continue coming back for more. Now customers have a relationship with the brand –– it’s not just a thing, it’s a vital part of their life. Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

Carolina Tiuso

Account Executive

Born in Colombia, raised in Florida and Parisian by choice, Carolina is used to being on the move and adapting to the world—and languages—around her. She earned her B.A. in advertising and public relations from the University of Tampa before taking a six-month hiatus to Paris to learn French at the Sorbonne. Prior to joining Frankel Media Group, Carolina worked at a public relations firm handling traditional PR, as well as managing social media accounts for the firm’s biggest clients, including the largest credit union in Florida. In 2016, Carolina assisted in the production of a campaign video for Positive Coaching Alliance of Tampa Bay, resulting in three Gold ADDYs, two ‘Best of the Bay’ Awards and the Mosaic Award at the Tampa American Advertising Awards, and a Silver ADDY at the national level.

Fun Fact:  Outside of the office, Carolina enjoys exploring the sunshine state, traveling abroad and spending time with her family.

Jillian Baker

Account Executive

After a long, harsh winter, Jillian left the Midwest for the Florida sunshine. She grew up on a small corn and soybean farm in southeastern Illinois and was actively involved in 4-H, which planted a seed of passion for agriculture. Jillian started her advertising career after receiving an agricultural communications/public relations degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (the true blue and orange). Her experience with various clients such as Monsanto, United Soybean Board and Marrone Bio Innovations, brings a unique perspective to the FMG table. Although work keeps her busy, Jillian (and her cat) are never too busy to make a life full of travel, Netflix, and coffee.

Fun Fact:  Jillian is a true TV fanatic. She once had a TV show for every day of the week. She’s got her priorities in check, though.

Sam Score

Associate Account Executive

Sam is originally from the Florida Keys but has since called Virginia Beach, Maryland and New Smyrna Beach her home. She is a recent graduate of the Florida State University where she earned a degree in Advertising. Eager to learn more about the diverse field of communication, Sam brought her talents to Gainesville where she is currently earning a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Florida (but still, Go Noles). She joined the FMG team as an Account Coordinator, bringing with her diverse agency experience from digital marketing, to strategic planning and new business development. She believes in the big impact of small interactions, thinks creatively, works inclusively and loves finding problems to fix.

Fun Fact:  With relentless determination and commitment, Sam watched all seven seasons of Game of Thrones (67 episodes) in a span of only five days. She considers this one of her greatest accomplishments as a professional binge-watcher.

Samantha Hall

Junior Developer

Samantha received a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Saint Leo University and managed online projects for several associations including California Peace Officers Association, Florida Association of Native Nurseries, and several chapters of the Society of Association Executives. Samantha brings strong skills in HTML, CRM systems, communication channels, managing websites, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Gainesville is the only city Samantha has called home and her blood runs orange and blue with Florida Gator pride.

Fun Fact: Samantha is a proud member of the Hufflepuff house, would have been Prefect and Head Girl if given the opportunity to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and her Patronus Charm is an adorable cat.

Ana Pérez-Olave

Digital Project Manager

Ana was born and raised in the outskirts of Mexico City and lived in Asunción, Paraguay, and Manila, Philippines prior to attending college at the University of Florida. She is a double Gator, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in French and her master’s degree in Mass Communications. Ana has 5 years of experience in digital marketing and particularly enjoys research, strategy development, writing, and analyzing campaign outcomes and metrics. She is also is certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing courses.

Fun Fact:  When Ana is not working, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, dancing salsa and bachata, hiking, cooking (she’s a vegan), riding roller coasters, and enjoying some downtime with family and friends.

Rachel Satow

Digital Marketing Strategist

Rachel hails from a small town in Pennsylvania right outside of Allentown (yes THE Allentown that Billy Joel sang about in 1982). She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in Advertising. She kickstarted her career at a local marketing automation startup in Gainesville learning the ins and outs of a well-oiled in-house marketing department. There she gained the knowledge to help agencies all over the world streamline their marketing efforts both internally and for their clients. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with multiple agencies and in-house marketing departments being a “Jill of all Trades” where she gained experience in event management, content creation, marketing operations, and lead generation. She fell in love with the idea of combining all of her experiences to build a career at FMG where she can utilize her creative flare and tech-savviness to help companies have a truly unique presence.

Fun Fact: When she’s not reading up on the latest industry news, she’s fan-girling over all things Marvel and pop culture. She wonders if she’ll ever be as cool as her idol, Captain Marvel. (She promises no spoilers 😉)

Nita Chester

Production Manager

Nita has more than 29 years of experience in the advertising field. After graduating with honors from Santa Fe College in graphic design in 1986, Nita accepted a position at Group 5 Advertising where she later became art director. During her time with that firm she directed several award-winning campaigns. Nita has worked in the printing industry for Beechler’s Printing and later with Alta Systems. Wanting to return to the crazy advertising agency scene, Nita joined Frankel Media as Production Manager in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience and wisdom.

Fun Fact: In her spare time Captain Nita spends time on her boat with family and friends.

Jean Piot

Associate Art Director

As an award winning graphic designer and former infantry marine, Jean is up for any challenge. Jean brings strength and experience in leading and creating print, electronic and online advertising campaigns, collateral materials, logo and brand identity programs and event design materials. His creativity and dedication are inspired by his love for the outdoors and never ending search to learn and experience new things. Jean has a bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Charleston, S.C. and has been a First Place recipient of “Best Graphic Designer” two consecutive years by South Carolina Press Association.

Fun Fact: Jean once trained for the Junior Olympic luge team.

Carrie Pelzer

Senior Graphic Designer

Carrie is a born-and-raised Floridian who brings over seven years of experience to the FMG team. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Flagler College in historic St. Augustine, FL, where she earned multiple student Addy Awards and graduated with honors. After college, she worked in-house with the prestigious PGA TOUR, and later moved agency side to work with brands such as Zaxby’s, Under Armour, Florida Prepaid College Board, The Florida Lottery and ABLE United. Carrie enjoys all aspects of design, but branding is what really gets her excited. When she’s not designing, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and their six pets, playing volleyball and playing board games.

Fun Fact: Carrie attends a board game convention every year, and has a collection of over 70 board games.

Jessica Speckman

Graphic Designer

A Gainesville native, Jessica attended Santa Fe College receiving an AS in Graphic Design and an AA in Elementary Education. She later went on to graduate with honors from the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design. Throughout her design career, she worked with a wide variety companies across diverse industries, such as The Sawgrass Group, The University of Florida, Florida Traffic and Bike Safety, Alachua County School Board and Barth Associates. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, Jessica’s experience and hard work have earned her multiple gold awards in the American Advertising Awards. Jessica serves on the board of directors for the AIGA Gainesville Chapter as the Programming Director, is always eager to learn something new, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and three dogs.

Fun Fact: Jessica has jumped out of a perfectly good plane!

Nathan Binder

Senior Copywriter

Born in our nation’s capital and raised in a suburb on the Gulf of Mexico, Nathan pairs his small town sensibilities with big city ambitions. Nathan earned a B.A. in Advertising with a minor in creative writing from Florida State University, which he refers to as the “Harvard of the South” with only small traces of irony. After graduation, Nathan pursued copywriting as a career, producing content for credit unions, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses across the country. After a couple of years and a couple Addy® awards, Nathan decided to pursue a new adventure and join the talented team at Frankel Media Group in Gainesville, FL.

Fun Fact: As his superstitious sports ritual, Nathan never drafts Eagles players in fantasy football. So far, it doesn’t seem to be working out for either party.

Chesleigh Slayton

Digital Account Coordinator

Chesleigh was born and raised right here in Gainesville, Fl. After being inspired by a professor at Santa Fe College to follow her passion in communications, she got accepted to the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and graduated in Spring 2017 with her degree in public relations. During her time at UF, she gained experience interning with FMG and worked on honing her photography skills during a photojournalism study abroad in Berlin, Germany. Outside of work Chesleigh enjoys working out and traveling and as well as seeing how many different ways Starbucks can misspell her name. Bleeding orange and blue Chesleigh lives for football season and firmly believe the first tailgate of the season is better than Christmas Day.

Fun Fact:  Chesleigh tends to coordinate her nail color to the mood or situation she is in. Note yellow nails for partying with yellow balloons.

Audrey Modglin

Human Resources Manager

Audrey is a lifelong Floridian and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University (Go Dunk City!). She joined FMG with four years of human resources experience from major companies such as Target and Chewy.com, so she’s excited to learn the ins and outs of this tight knit crew. Audrey’s favorite part of human resources is chatting with the team and housing the candy jar in her office. Outside of work, she loves to jog around the town, but loves buying workout clothes a tad bit more.

Fun Fact: Audrey’s favorite furry baby is her Siberian Husky named Isla (the worst behaved three year old puppy that will lick your face off)

Grace Tirado-Perez

Executive Assistant

Grace was born and raised in the North of England. After completing an executive secretarial certification course at the London Metropolitan University she decided to leave the city life for the farmlands of Northumberland and got her certification as a farm secretary. She sent spent 5 years working in rural North Yorkshire and decided to travel the world! She lived in Copenhagen, Denmark by way of Paris, France and the Italian Riviera, and was immediately hired by the World Health Organization at their Regional Office for Europe. Twelve years later she came to Florida (by way of Puerto Rico) and after working 21+ years in Ocala in the equine industry, she brings to FMG her worldly experience and diverse skills on the executive level.
 
Fun Fact: She has traveled as far east as Kazakhstan, west to California, north to Sweden and South to Peru.
