Situated in Overland Park, Kansas, an affluent suburb of Kansas City, Bluhawk is a mixed-use development designed to energize and excite. We partnered with renowned Kansas City developer, Price Brothers, to market the property, which will feature experiential retail, restaurants and the Bluhawk Sports Park, a multi-sport complex with a 3,500-seat arena. We believe Bluhawk showcases the future of the retail industry and allowed us to implement a variety of business to business and business to consumer strategies.
To help introduce potential retail lessees and the Overland Park community to Bluhawk, we developed a robust, yet clean and easy to navigate website. The mix of vibrant colors with fun and whimsical images and illustrations gives the site and the property an approachable vibe while still communicating the many data points needed for Bluhawk’s business to business contacts.
From ads in trade pubs aimed at big brands to holiday booklets gifted to the residents of Overland Park, we told the Bluhawk story to several different audiences across several different mediums. To capture Bluhawk’s overall vision, we developed a stylish look book designed to capture the attention of Bluhawk’s key audiences and visually communicate the breadth of the project to the press and other interested parties.
Designed to roll out across several phases, Bluhawk needed a way to communicate the scope, vision and phasing of its property while still in its beginning stages of development. To help bring that vision to life, we developed a digital tour of the entire project, which allowed interested parties to dive deep and get the full details of each and every step along the way.
