A true Floridian (ninth-generation to be exact), Ashleigh is a proud University of Florida graduate who also holds a PhD from the University of London. She brings to the FMG team many years of marketing and advertising management experience, with the bulk of those years being in the agency world. Ashleigh excels at building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and has extensive strategic planning experience across sectors. Her work creating and executing fully-integrated campaigns designed to build memorable brands and deliver a strong return on investment has been acknowledged with multiple FPRA Image and ADDY awards. As an added perk, previous experience as a medical grant writer and event planner afford Ashleigh excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives for the Charles Dickens Museum and worked with notable global clients including Kellogg’s, John Frieda, Facebook, Samsung, Castrol, and Glenfiddich. Ashleigh’s diverse professional experience, coupled with her strong academic background, provides a dynamic skillset.

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

Fun Fact: Jeannette is fluent in Spanish, English and hashtags.

Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

FUN FACT: TJ never refers to himself in the 3rd person. Unless he’s writing an agency bio about himself.

Jazmin has been fascinated by the customer’s decision-making process since her first work experience with a global brand. That combined with her passion for social media, led her to her dream career in digital marketing. Since starting her career, Jazmin has helped both small and Fortune 500 companies increase their digital footprint. Most notably, Jazmin has worked on digital marketing campaigns for the prestigious Johns Hopkins University.

Jazmin’s educational career has also been centered on marketing. She has earned a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Central Florida majoring in Marketing, a certificate in Digital Marketing & Media from Duke University, and her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from the University of Scranton.

Born at an early age, Walton is a true Gainesville native, born and raised (his first phone number was area code 904). After spending time in Atlanta and New York early in his career as a designer in agencies, freelance and in-house, Walton returned to Gainesville with a family in tow and began working with local and regional clients on a freelance basis, notably helping hometown favorite Swamp Head Brewery launch into the statewide brand they are today.
From 2014-2019 Walton worked as ACD at 160over90 on clients ranging from higher education; UF, Fordham University, University of Cincinnati, and Kent State to name a few, to lifestyle brands such as Under Armour, Shoes for Crews, and IMG Academy. After joining Frankel in the summer of 2019, Walton has been leading the creative team across all accounts with the goal of continuing our ascent as a leading creative agency locally and regionally.

FUN FACT: Walton once juggled a soccer ball 4,792 times.

A true Gainesville native, Anna is a fan of all things Gators. She graduated in 2001 from Bauder College in Atlanta with a Merchandising degree, and worked in Atlanta and San Diego before returning to her hometown. Anna brings with her more than 17 years of experience in sales, brand experiences, event planning and client management. She joined Frankel over 3 years ago in Account Services and has put her strengths to use in the form of building relationships with clients that help bring them long-term value. Outside of work hours you can usually find Anna watching her son playing lacrosse, spending time with friends, planning her next vacation, or more than likely in the aisles of TJ Maxx!

Fun Fact: She threw herself out of an airplane straight into a barrel roll. Don’t worry, there was someone strapped to her back with a parachute!

Born and raised in Orlando, she received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Image Management from the University of Florida and earned an MBA with honors from Rollins College in Winter Park with concentrations in marketing and leadership. After
receiving her master’s, Catherine went to work for an Orlando-based agency serving as an account executive turned production and creative project manager. Moonlighting
after hours, she serves as product marketing manager for a tech company, RunSignup, where she is responsible for marketing and design of collateral for the RaceDay product offerings. Previously, she has provided brand engagement consulting for Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland and formulated strategic planning for Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens in Winter Park. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives and has aided in project deliverables for notable clients including Planet Fitness, Seacoast Bank, Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Citrus Sports and Florida Virtual School. Catherine’s diverse professional experience and strong communication and organizational skills provide the FMG team with unique perspectives and innovative thinking.

Born and raised in Florida, Morgan graduated from the University of South Florida with her B.A. in Marketing. Although she has only ever lived in Florida, Morgan enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures (especially food!). Most recently, she went on a two week backpacking trip around Thailand! Prior to joining Frankel Media Group, Morgan worked for various distinguished companies within the Entertainment, Retail and Food industry including, Disney Parks & Resorts Digital, Boar’s Head Brand and HSN. Throughout her career, she has learned how to efficiently manage and implement digital and brand marketing initiatives through various skills like, project management, digital solutions, thought partnership and most importantly, communication. Morgan is excited to join the Frankel Media team and looks forward to helping each of her clients achieve their goals.

FUN FACT: Morgan loves trying out new recipes from Pinterest. Her husband and two rescue-pups love her cooking (even if she has to use every dish & utensil in the kitchen!).

Rachel hails from a small town in Pennsylvania right outside of Allentown (yes THE Allentown that Billy Joel sang about in 1982). She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in Advertising. She kickstarted her career at a local marketing automation startup in Gainesville learning the ins and outs of a well-oiled in-house marketing department. There she gained the knowledge to help agencies all over the world streamline their marketing efforts both internally and for their clients. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with multiple agencies and in-house marketing departments being a “Jill of all Trades” where she gained experience in event management, content creation, marketing operations, and lead generation. She fell in love with the idea of combining all of her experiences to build a career at FMG where she can utilize her creative flare and tech-savviness to help companies have a truly unique presence.

Fun Fact: When she’s not reading up on the latest industry news, she’s fan-girling over all things Marvel and pop culture. She wonders if she’ll ever be as cool as her idol, Captain Marvel. (She promises no spoilers 😉)

Ana was born and raised in the outskirts of Mexico City and lived in Asunción, Paraguay, and Manila, Philippines prior to attending college at the University of Florida. She is a double Gator, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in French and her master’s degree in Mass Communications. Ana particularly enjoys research, strategy development, writing, and analyzing campaign outcomes and metrics. She is also is certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing courses.

Jean has a bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Charleston, S.C. and has been a First Place recipient of “Best Graphic Designer” two consecutive years by South Carolina Press Association.

Fun Fact: Jean once trained for the Junior Olympic luge team.

Jackson landed his first agency writing job in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, after graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Since then, he has created ADDY-winning communications for FedEx and other brands, earned his M.A. in English from the University of Memphis and worked in-house for global cloud software company Blackbaud.

He loves both generating high-level campaign concepts and writing content for the individual assets that bring brands to life, from video and radio scripts to all things digital and print. When he’s not working, Jackson enjoys reading, listening to music and playing trivia in all its forms.

With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, Jessica’s experience and hard work have earned her multiple gold awards in the American Advertising Awards. She is always eager to learn something new, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs.

A true Floridian (ninth-generation to be exact), Ashleigh is a proud University of Florida graduate who also holds a PhD from the University of London. She brings to the FMG team many years of marketing and advertising management experience, with the bulk of those years being in the agency world. Ashleigh excels at building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and has extensive strategic planning experience across sectors. Her work creating and executing fully-integrated campaigns designed to build memorable brands and deliver a strong return on investment has been acknowledged with multiple FPRA Image and ADDY awards. As an added perk, previous experience as a medical grant writer and event planner afford Ashleigh excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives for the Charles Dickens Museum and worked with notable global clients including Kellogg’s, John Frieda, Facebook, Samsung, Castrol, and Glenfiddich. Ashleigh’s diverse professional experience, coupled with her strong academic background, provides a dynamic skillset.

FUN FACT: Ashleigh is a published poet.

Jeannette Baer

Director of Operations

Jeannette brings over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Business Management to the FMG team, having served in previous positions as Payroll Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Accounts Receivable Manager. Before beginning her tenure at FMG, Jeannette and her husband owned a design agency in Gainesville for 15 years. Jeannette is passionate about social media and taught social media planning and implementation for a number of years. Although she loves the social media world, her true passion is business management and internal operations.
In her spare time, Jeannette is an Air Force Wingmom, helping hundreds of families travel through the journey of supporting a loved one through Basic Military Training in Texas.

Fun Fact: Jeannette is fluent in Spanish, English and hashtags.

Whether it was visiting an ad agency as an impressionable high schooler or watching episode after episode of Thirtysomething, TJ decided long ago that advertising was for him.

A graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia, TJ has written for brands such as the Georgia Lottery, Chevrolet, Michelin Tire, the United States Postal Service, Jeep, the Washington Post, Aflac and the University of Florida. As Frankel Media Group’s Creative Director, he helps designers and writers produce work that’s insightful, attention-holding and bottom line altering.

When he’s not figuratively juggling writing assignments, client presentations and TV shoots, he’s literally juggling oranges, lacrosse balls or anything else that’s not a chainsaw. TJ is lucky to have a wife who loves him and two daughters who are still young enough to laugh at all of his jokes.

FUN FACT: TJ never refers to himself in the 3rd person. Unless he’s writing an agency bio about himself.

Jazmin has been fascinated by the customer’s decision-making process since her first work experience with a global brand. That combined with her passion for social media, led her to her dream career in digital marketing. Since starting her career, Jazmin has helped both small and Fortune 500 companies increase their digital footprint. Most notably, Jazmin has worked on digital marketing campaigns for the prestigious Johns Hopkins University.

Jazmin’s educational career has also been centered on marketing. She has earned a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Central Florida majoring in Marketing, a certificate in Digital Marketing & Media from Duke University, and her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in International Business from the University of Scranton.

Born at an early age, Walton is a true Gainesville native, born and raised (his first phone number was area code 904). After spending time in Atlanta and New York early in his career as a designer in agencies, freelance and in-house, Walton returned to Gainesville with a family in tow and began working with local and regional clients on a freelance basis, notably helping hometown favorite Swamp Head Brewery launch into the statewide brand they are today.
From 2014-2019 Walton worked as ACD at 160over90 on clients ranging from higher education; UF, Fordham University, University of Cincinnati, and Kent State to name a few, to lifestyle brands such as Under Armour, Shoes for Crews, and IMG Academy. After joining Frankel in the summer of 2019, Walton has been leading the creative team across all accounts with the goal of continuing our ascent as a leading creative agency locally and regionally.

FUN FACT: Walton once juggled a soccer ball 4,792 times.

Anna Bouwens

Business Development Manager

A true Gainesville native, Anna is a fan of all things Gators. She graduated in 2001 from Bauder College in Atlanta with a Merchandising degree, and worked in Atlanta and San Diego before returning to her hometown. Anna brings with her more than 17 years of experience in sales, brand experiences, event planning and client management. She joined Frankel over 3 years ago in Account Services and has put her strengths to use in the form of building relationships with clients that help bring them long-term value. Outside of work hours you can usually find Anna watching her son playing lacrosse, spending time with friends, planning her next vacation, or more than likely in the aisles of TJ Maxx!

Fun Fact: She threw herself out of an airplane straight into a barrel roll. Don’t worry, there was someone strapped to her back with a parachute!

Catherine DiVeta

Catherine joins Frankel Media Group after returning to Gainesville post-grad. Born and raised in Orlando, she received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Image Management from the University of Florida and earned an MBA with honors from Rollins College in Winter Park with concentrations in marketing and leadership. After
receiving her master’s, Catherine went to work for an Orlando-based agency serving as an account executive turned production and creative project manager. Moonlighting
after hours, she serves as product marketing manager for a tech company, RunSignup, where she is responsible for marketing and design of collateral for the RaceDay product offerings. Previously, she has provided brand engagement consulting for Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, Ireland and formulated strategic planning for Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens in Winter Park. She has developed and implemented marketing initiatives and has aided in project deliverables for notable clients including Planet Fitness, Seacoast Bank, Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Citrus Sports and Florida Virtual School. Catherine’s diverse professional experience and strong communication and organizational skills provide the FMG team with unique perspectives and innovative thinking.

Born and raised in Florida, Morgan graduated from the University of South Florida with her B.A. in Marketing. Although she has only ever lived in Florida, Morgan enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures (especially food!). Most recently, she went on a two week backpacking trip around Thailand! Prior to joining Frankel Media Group, Morgan worked for various distinguished companies within the Entertainment, Retail and Food industry including, Disney Parks & Resorts Digital, Boar’s Head Brand and HSN. Throughout her career, she has learned how to efficiently manage and implement digital and brand marketing initiatives through various skills like, project management, digital solutions, thought partnership and most importantly, communication. Morgan is excited to join the Frankel Media team and looks forward to helping each of her clients achieve their goals.

FUN FACT: Morgan loves trying out new recipes from Pinterest. Her husband and two rescue-pups love her cooking (even if she has to use every dish & utensil in the kitchen!).

Rachel Satow

Digital Marketing Manager, Advertising

Rachel hails from a small town in Pennsylvania right outside of Allentown (yes THE Allentown that Billy Joel sang about in 1982). She moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in Advertising. She kickstarted her career at a local marketing automation startup in Gainesville learning the ins and outs of a well-oiled in-house marketing department. There she gained the knowledge to help agencies all over the world streamline their marketing efforts both internally and for their clients. Over the course of the last 4 years she has worked with multiple agencies and in-house marketing departments being a “Jill of all Trades” where she gained experience in event management, content creation, marketing operations, and lead generation. She fell in love with the idea of combining all of her experiences to build a career at FMG where she can utilize her creative flare and tech-savviness to help companies have a truly unique presence.

Fun Fact: When she’s not reading up on the latest industry news, she’s fan-girling over all things Marvel and pop culture. She wonders if she’ll ever be as cool as her idol, Captain Marvel. (She promises no spoilers 😉)

Ana was born and raised in the outskirts of Mexico City and lived in Asunción, Paraguay, and Manila, Philippines prior to attending college at the University of Florida. She is a double Gator, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in French and her master’s degree in Mass Communications. Ana particularly enjoys research, strategy development, writing, and analyzing campaign outcomes and metrics. She is also is certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot’s Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing courses.

Fun Fact:  When Ana is not working, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, dancing salsa and bachata, hiking, cooking (she’s a vegan), riding roller coasters, and enjoying some downtime with family and friends.

As an award winning graphic designer and former infantry marine, Jean is up for any challenge. Jean brings strength and experience in leading and creating print, electronic and online advertising campaigns, collateral materials, logo and brand identity programs and event design materials. His creativity and dedication are inspired by his love for the outdoors and never ending search to learn and experience new things. Jean has a bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Charleston, S.C. and has been a First Place recipient of “Best Graphic Designer” two consecutive years by South Carolina Press Association.

Fun Fact: Jean once trained for the Junior Olympic luge team.

Jackson Knight

Senior Copywriter

Jackson landed his first agency writing job in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, after graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Since then, he has created ADDY-winning communications for FedEx and other brands, earned his M.A. in English from the University of Memphis and worked in-house for global cloud software company Blackbaud.

He loves both generating high-level campaign concepts and writing content for the individual assets that bring brands to life, from video and radio scripts to all things digital and print. When he’s not working, Jackson enjoys reading, listening to music and playing trivia in all its forms.

A Gainesville native, Jessica attended Santa Fe College receiving an AS in Graphic Design. She later attended Savannah College of Art and Design where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her BA in Graphic Design. Throughout her design career, she worked with a wide variety of companies across diverse industries, such as The Sawgrass Group, The University of Florida, Florida Traffic and Bike Safety, Alachua County School Board and Barth Associates. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, Jessica’s experience and hard work have earned her multiple gold awards in the American Advertising Awards. She is always eager to learn something new, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs.
